SIMKHAI offers returns on full-price merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date, provided items are unworn and tags remain attached. Please note that all items marked Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided return packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
